01 — The crops

Flip a card. The paperwork is on the back.

02 — Traceability

Every batch code tells you where it came from.

Poke at the code. Each segment is a real field in our lot architecture — which is what makes “one step forward, one step back” answerable in minutes rather than weeks.

Product code

LKT turmeric · BTK black turmeric · RR red rice · HM morels · SH shilajit · HG ginger · GA garlic.

And this is what sits behind the code

  1. 01

    Farmer ID

    LKT-MLG-F01

KYC, land proof, signed supply agreement, farm log.

  2. 02

    Plot ID

    P03

Specific field, mapped, flagged organic or conventional.

  3. 03

    Harvest lot

    ≤ 3 days

One plot, harvested within three days, similar conditions.

  4. 04

    Aggregation batch

    AC01-B007

One product, one grade, one week window, dried together.

Segregation rule: organic Lakadong turmeric and red rice get dedicated bins, areas, labels and cleaning SOPs. No co-processing with conventional material — ever. Morels and shilajit are handled away from turmeric and rice entirely.

03 — Origins

Named farms and forests. Not “Indian origin”.

Selected: Lakadong, Meghalaya — ~10 t + 100 kg

04 — Compliance

The regulatory stack, in twenty seconds.

FSVP

Your US importer has to prove we are a safe supplier.

We ship a dossier: hazard analysis, COAs, HACCP summary and one-step-forward/one-step-back traceability mapping.

FDA Prior Notice

FDA gets told the food is coming before it lands.

Filed per consignment for turmeric, red rice, morels, ginger, garlic and shilajit-containing goods.

Facility registration

Processing and packing sites are on FDA's register.

Maintained where the product form requires it.

Labeling

Foods use standard food labels; shilajit does not.

Shilajit ships as a dietary supplement: Supplement Facts panel, identity statement, DSHEA-permissible structure/function claims only.

Underneath it all: a HACCP-based food safety system with defined critical control points for drying, moisture, sorting and storage, routine cleaning and pest-control SOPs, and external accredited laboratories doing every analysis. We do not self-certify.

05 — Readiness

Ninety days from handshake to sealed container.

  • Sign supplier contracts covering GAP and post-harvest SOPs
  • Issue farm log templates and plot maps
  • Lock the lot/batch coding schema and traceability forms

31–60 days

  • Finalise HACCP plans and FSMS documentation at aggregation centres
  • Train staff and farmers on SOPs, sampling and documentation
